The Minor Arcana's court cards of Page through King are represented by the First through Fourth Chair as is a standard chain of command in any instrumental section.  The Page, or Fourth Chair, plays the simpler rhythms while the King, The Fourth Chair, plays the best parts and commands the section of instruments.
